Can we use recycled HDPE material?

Yes, up to 30% recycled HDPE is acceptable. We recommend using recycled material from known sources to maintain consistent quality. For food-grade containers, virgin material or approved recycled HDPE is required.

Do you offer installation and training?

We offer optional on-site installation and commissioning service (charged separately). Standard package includes video-based operator training and detailed maintenance manual. We can also arrange a Chinese-speaking technician for the first installation if needed.

What's the difference between 3-layer and 5-layer co-extrusion?

3-layer: inner/outer HDPE + adhesive + barrier layer (standard for most chemical storage). 5-layer: HDPE/adhesive/EVOH barrier/adhesive/HDPE — provides better oxygen barrier for fuel and pharma applications. Choose based on your end-use certification requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

Standard: 30% deposit via T/T, 70% balance before shipment. For orders over $100,000, we can discuss L/C payment terms. We also accept payment through Alibaba Trade Assurance for orders under $50,000.
